Ok, this is barely a recipe but I’ll share it anyway 🙂
The other night me and hubby had jerk chicken with sweet potato mash for dinner and I knew the chicken would be way too spicy for our toddler. I didn’t fancy cooking her something entirely different, and so ketchup chicken was born 🙂
1. Cut your chicken into small chunks / strips.
2. Squirt ketchup all over them, and use a spoon to spread it all over the chicken.
3. Pop them in the fridge to marinate for a few hours or overnight.
4. I cooked mine on my George Foreman grill, but you could pop them under the grill for 5 minutes each side or in the oven at 190* (180 fan) for 12-15 minutes. These cooking times may vary so make sure you cut into the chicken and check it is cooked before serving.
